Welcome to Simply Amazing Experiences, LLC (“SAE Travels,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or participating in any trip, event, or service arranged by Simply Amazing Experiences, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting any payments or forms.
1. Payments & Deposits
All payments made to Simply Amazing Experiences are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Deposits secure your space but do not guarantee pricing until confirmed by our travel partners.
Payment plans must be followed as outlined on your invoice or proposal.
Late or missed payments may result in cancellation without refund.
Prices are subject to change until final payment is received and the booking is confirmed by the supplier.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
All trips, events, and services offered through Simply Amazing Experiences are 100% non-refundable.
Because we work with third-party suppliers (airlines, resorts, transportation companies, etc.), once a payment is made, funds are immediately applied toward your reservation and cannot be retrieved.
Name changes, substitutions, or transfers of bookings are not permitted.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen cancellations, delays, or personal emergencies.
3. Itinerary & Trip Modifications
All itineraries are subject to change based on supplier availability, weather, operational decisions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Final itineraries are confirmed only after full payment is received.
Simply Amazing Experiences reserves the right to adjust, reschedule, or substitute comparable experiences, accommodations, or services as necessary to maintain the integrity of the trip.
4. Responsibility & Liability
Simply Amazing Experiences, LLC acts solely as a travel coordinator and booking agent for independent suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, transportation providers, tour operators, and local guides.
We do not own, operate, or control any of these third-party entities and therefore assume no responsibility or liability for:
Personal injury, illness, property damage, loss, accident, delay, or any other event beyond our control.
Airline schedule changes, missed connections, flight cancellations, or baggage delays.
Resort or supplier service interruptions, closures, or acts of nature (weather, fire, hurricane, etc.).
By booking, you agree to release and hold harmless Simply Amazing Experiences, LLC, its owners, affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your participation in any trip or event arranged through us.
5. Traveler Responsibility
It is the traveler’s responsibility to:
Ensure all passports, visas, and travel documents are valid for international travel.
Comply with all entry, vaccination, and customs requirements.
Arrive on time for all flights, transfers, and scheduled activities.
Maintain personal travel insurance coverage for the duration of travel.
Simply Amazing Experiences is not responsible for denied boarding, missed flights, or additional expenses resulting from a traveler’s failure to meet travel requirements.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, medical coverage, and baggage protection.
Travel insurance helps safeguard your investment in case of unforeseen events such as illness, weather disruptions, family emergencies, or other cancellations beyond your control.

7. Media & Marketing
By participating in a Simply Amazing Experiences group trip or event, travelers grant permission for photographs, videos, and other media captured during the trip to be used in promotional materials, social media, and marketing campaigns, unless otherwise stated in writing.
8. Acknowledgment
Submitting payment or signing up for a Simply Amazing Experiences trip constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
