By submitting payment toward the Rest is Wealth Retreat, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions set forth by Simply Amazing Experiences (SAE Travels) in partnership with Your Space to Heal.

1. Payment Policy

All payments are 100% non-refundable.

All payments are non-transferable to another person, event, or future retreat.

No credits will be issued for unused services, missed events, or early departures.

Retreat pricing is based on contracted group rates and cannot be adjusted after booking.

Failure to complete payment by the final due date may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund.

2. What Is Included

Your retreat package includes:

Resort accommodations for the specified retreat dates

Curated wellness programming and hosted retreat sessions

Scheduled group activities and experiences as outlined in the official itinerary

Select meals and/or dining experiences (as detailed in retreat materials)

Access to designated retreat spaces and programming

Retreat host support and on-site coordination

Specific inclusions are outlined in the official retreat itinerary and are subject to change as noted below.

3. What Is Not Included

The following items are not included in your retreat package unless otherwise stated:

Airfare (domestic or international flights)

Airport transfers or ground transportation

Travel insurance (strongly recommended)

Personal expenses (spa services, minibar, souvenirs, room service, etc.)

Optional excursions or add-on experiences

Meals or beverages not listed as included

Gratuities

Passport fees (if applicable)

Medical expenses or emergency services

Participants are fully responsible for securing their own flights and transportation unless explicitly arranged through SAE Travels.

4. Travel Insurance Requirement

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.

Because all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, participants assume full financial responsibility for cancellations due to:

Illness or injury

Family emergencies

Weather disruptions

Airline cancellations

Work conflicts

Personal circumstances

SAE Travels and Your Space to Heal are not responsible for financial loss due to participant cancellation for any reason.

5. Itinerary Changes

The retreat itinerary, hosts, venues, and experiences are subject to change without prior notice due to:

Vendor adjustments

Weather conditions

Safety concerns

Operational needs

Circumstances beyond our control

Every effort will be made to provide comparable experiences. No refunds will be issued due to itinerary changes.

6. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

By attending the Rest is Wealth Retreat, you acknowledge:

You are voluntarily participating in wellness, movement, and group activities.

You are physically and mentally able to participate.

You assume all risks associated with travel, accommodations, and retreat participation.

Simply Amazing Experiences (SAE Travels) and Your Space to Heal act solely as event coordinators and independent contractors for travel and retreat arrangements.

We are not liable for:

Airline delays or cancellations

Injury, illness, or death

Loss, theft, or damage of personal property

Acts of God or natural disasters

Government restrictions

Supplier defaults

Personal disputes among participants

Participants agree to hold harmless and release SAE Travels and Your Space to Heal from any and all claims arising from participation.

7. Code of Conduct

This retreat is designed to foster rest, healing, and community.

Participants agree to:

Respect fellow attendees and facilitators

Abide by resort policies

Engage in activities responsibly

Avoid disruptive or unsafe behavior

We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior compromises the safety or experience of the group. No refunds will be issued.

8. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

Retreat sessions may include movement, meditation, breathwork, or holistic wellness activities. These are not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

Participants should consult a physician prior to travel if they have medical concerns.

9. Photography & Media Release

By attending, you grant permission for photos and videos taken during the retreat to be used for promotional purposes by SAE Travels and Your Space to Heal unless written notice is provided prior to the event.

10. Agreement

Submission of payment constitutes full agreement to these Terms & Conditions.

Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies prior to making payment.
